Nunc Cell Culture Flasks Nunc Tissue Culture Flasks feature the Nunclon Delta surface which provides excellent cell attachment and growth.  Surface treatment is limited to the intended growth surface.   The sidewalls, neck and top panel are untreated to discourage cell adherence.  

Nunc offers a choice of cap styles on larger flasks.  80cm2 and 175cm2 flasks are available with polyethylene plug-seal screw-caps or quick handling phenolic caps.  The polyethylene caps for the 80cm2 and 175cm2 flasks have two modes of closure.   In the vent position air exchange takes place through a labyrinth which minimizes risk of contamination.  In the closed position, the plug-seal prevents any liquid or air from escaping.

Nunclon®
Delta Solo Flask
Nunclon® Delta SoLo Flasks increase the amount of usable growth surface while optimizing incubator and storage space.  The expanded 185cm2 culture area is provided with the same external dimensions of a 150m2 flask and offers a large bore, angled neck.   Four low profile flasks can be stacked in the same space as three conventional flasks.  (5/sleeve, 50/case).  Radiation Sterilized.

Nunclon® Delta TripleFlask The Nunclon® Delta TripleFlask is designed with three parallel growth surfaces which provide a total culture area of 500cm2 within the same external dimensions of a 175cm standard flask.  The TripleFlask's compact design saves incubator space, yet triples cell culture surface area. Straight neck.  Radiation sterilized.

Nunc Filter Cap Flask A unique 0.2µm, hydrophobic membrane composed of a 3-dimensional matrix of polyethylene fibers is heat welded to a plug seal cap.  The filter cap effectively excludes bacteria and fungal spores, while allowing optimal CO2 exchange.  Supplied with polyethylene caps.  Radiation sterilized.

Nunc™ EasY Flask EasY Flasks can be opened or closed by just a one-third turn of the cap for fast, convenient operation.  A wide, angled opening allows full access to the growth surface.  "Y" mark at top of vent/close cap allows for visual verification of the vent position.

Any of the legs pointing vertically upwards indicates that the cap is in vent position. Any of the legs pointing vertically downwards indicates that the flask is closed Caps with 0.2 mm non-clogging polyethylene filters ensure consistent gas exchange.
