Nunc MultiDish MultiDishes are used in a variety of cell biology applications, sometimes with accessories such as filter inserts or coverslips.  MultiDishes have the Nunclon® Delta surface which provides excellent cell attachment and growth.  Radiation Sterilized.   Stackable.

Round Well Styles
Round wells have vented lids for gas exchange.  Lids are keyed for a one-way fit.  The 12 and 48 well plates have a discernable top to bottom contact ensuring proper separation when dishes are nested.  Round wells feature a recessed area that acts as a water reservoir around each well.

Rectangular Well MultiDishes
MultiDishes with rectangular wells offer larger culture areas.  In addition, they accept commonly available glass coverslips; 24x60mm for the 4 well plate #176597 and 22x22mm for the 8 well plate #176600.

Nunc Microwell Plates Nunc MicroWell Plates have the Nunclon® Delta surface for optimum cell attachment.  All styles are designed for stacking.

10µl Well Plates
MicroWell Plates 163118 and 136528 are Terasaki format plates measuring 56x82mm and having 60 to 72 wells.  Wells are shaped like inverted, truncated cones, each with a working volume of 10µl.  Lids incorporate a stacking feature and are tight-fitting, which reduces evaporation.

96 Well Plates
Plates are standard 86x128mm size with flat or round bottomed wells.  Vented lids allow gas exchange and have condensation rings to control evaporation and retain condensate.  Lids are keyed so they cannot be accidentally reversed.

Costar Cell Culture Clusters Costar Cell Culture Clusters are treated for optimal cell attachment, sterilized by gamma radiation and are certified non-pyrogenic.  All plates have a uniform footprint and a raised bead to aid in stacking.  Alphanumerics provide well identification.  Radiation Sterilized.

Costar Ultra Low Attachment Plates Costar Ultra Low Attachment Plates feature a covalently bound hydrogel layer that effectively inhibits cellular attachment.  This surface minimizes protein absorption, enzyme activation and cellular activation.  The surface is non-cytotoxic, biologically inert and non-degradable.
